This week, I talks about Hogan Derangement Syndrome. It’s a very real thing that the Maryland Democratic Party is dealing with. And despite Mike Miller and Mike Busch’s best efforts to get Governor Larry Hogan to bend to the will of the Maryland General Assembly, they do so at their own peril and could be triggering the birth of a real two-party state.
