Art. 13. That every man hath a right to petition the Legislature for the redress of grievances in a peaceable and orderly manner.

That’s from the Maryland Constitution for the edification of Senator James Robey’s staff. Apparently, Senator Robey’s imperial staff have decided that they don’t want to hear your opinions on the ongoing raid on your pocketbook. In fact, they think those opinions are worthless.
