Teach, Adjunct Professor at AACC
I have taught in this county since 1978. Retiring 2014 I substitute taught for two years. Then in 2016 I was rehired for that school year. Since then I have been a substitute teacher. Currently I am a long term sub at Chesapeake Bay Middle School. I have also worked at the communality college as an adjunct professor.
I am currently the Co chair of Committee on Political Education, I was for several years the chair on government relations committee for TAAAC, I was the past Co chair on the Political Action Committee for MSEA, I have worked on many Candidates campaigns on both side of the aisle. I learned that when I talked to legislator I had help on both sides.

When a teacher is successful in reaching tenure, we must find a way of retaining that teacher. We lose to many teachers within the first three years of teaching.

It should be a part of the students ability. There is many other indicators of a child’s ability. We must consider learning style and how well they learn in school.
