Why are you running for office?
I am running for the nomination to forcefully challenge the far-left incumbent Jamie Raskin and to provide fulsome, public support for President Trump. In a short time, Trump has accomplished historic deregulation and fulsome tax reform. Trump has reignited the American economy to the benefit of both Main Street and Wall Street. Middle class tax cuts will pay treble benefits by 2019. Trump has proven an exceptional foreign policy negotiator. Trump has stood with Israel. Trump has made these accomplishments despite historic opposition by the establishment elites of both parties and the entrenched deep state.

Who do you consider your political role model, and why?
Donald John Trump and Ronald Regan. President Trump is following President Reagan’s model by courageously putting America First. Trump champions the hard-working, law-abiding, forgotten American. Like Reagan, Trump genuinely loves America and cherishes American freedom.

What is your favorite book about politics and policy, and why?
Newt Gingrich (forward by Eric Trump), “Understanding Trump” provides insight into the exceptional mind, personal courage, and political instinct of our great 45th President.

What will be your top priority in Congress?
Supporting President Trump’s “America First” and “MAGA” agenda. And fighting against the far-left agenda of Nancy Pelosi.

What is the biggest issue facing your district?
Unchecked (illegal and legal) immigration causing crime and overloading public services (schools, hospitals, etc). Carrol County and Frederick County should have equal congressional services to those in Montgomery County. I would open satellite offices in all areas of the state. Raskin’s only constituent office is in Rockville.

What are the three biggest issues facing our country?
The immediate need for immigration control and restrictions (“Build the Wall” and only merit immigration); Further reducing taxes and regulation; and Ending violent crime in both urban and rural areas. (see immigration control).

What is your position on life issues? (abortion, assisted suicide)
I am Pro-Life. I believe very strongly that partial-birth abortion should be illegal everywhere in nation. I pledge to sponsor such legislation if elected to Congress to represent Maryland’s 8th district.

On this issue and many others, I will sharply criticize the far-left views of the incumbent Jamie Raskin in the general election if he is nominated.

What is your position on taxes, spending and the federal deficit?
The national debt is a great concern. We must cut wasteful spending in every federal department and agency. We must rethink the vast expanse of national government bureaucracy with a solid plan to cut redundant agencies. Most of all, the government must stand back to allow the free market to bring maximum economic growth.

What is your position on gun rights?
As a member of the NRA, I proudly support enforcement of the 2nd Amendment’s individual right to bear arms.

What is your position on the legalization of marijuana?
I support medial marijuana.

What is your position on trade?
America First: Only fair/reciprocal trade. America has been in a trade war for 30 years but our elitist leaders, who are beholden to global financial interests, have not been fighting back. Other nations (allies and foes) have taken raw advantage of the US in trade for years. Otherwise as Trump says “free trade is foolish trade.”

What is your position on foreign policy and military issues?
America First: Only a strong America can insure our freedom. Meanwhile, stop sending billions to foreign nations who hate America. Obama’s act of secretly sending billions of cash to Iran was beyond foolish and weak.

Would you support the passage of the Human Life Amendment?
