Why are you running for office?
To continue leading an excellent agency of law enforcement professionals providing public safety in concert with the Citizens of St. Mary`s County.

Who do you consider your political role model, and why?
Governor Larry Hogan. Very much a man that gets things done and cares about his constituents. A true servant leader

What is your favorite book about politics and policy, and why?
Ronald Reagan in Private by Jim Kuhn. A inner glimpse of triumph, tragedy, and courage while in the White House.

What will be your top priority in elected to this position?
The Opioid crisis, Crime and the fear of crime, School safety and security, traffic safety, transnational crime, and preserving the quality of life in St. Mary`s County.

What is the biggest issue facing your county?
The use and abuse of Opioids

What is your position on taxes and spending?
I am fiscally conservative and balance spending on public safety, based on legal mandates, and the needs and desires of the community while working within the resources provided by taxpayers.
