Why are you running for office?
To help bring unity and purpose to the Republican Party in Wicomico County. Ensure that we recruit and train solid candidates for public office.

Who do you consider your political role model, and why?
President Ronald Reagan brought a level of professionalism and gravitas to the Oval Office that is rarely ever seen. One of the things that always stuck with me was in times of crisis when President Reagan would address the nation, he impressed upon you that everything is alright and that we had the best people handling the situation.

What is your favorite book about politics and policy, and why?
Currently reading David Weinberg’s “Movie Nights With the Reagans”.
It provides a unique insight into the private life of President and Nancy Reagan and their love of movies.

What do you see as the role of the Central Committee?
Ensuring that we have a professional image to public and are always working to be a part of the solution not the problem. I also believe it is the role of the Central Committee to help train and develop candidate, treasurers, campaign managers and volunteers. It is our duty to develop a strong Republican Bench.

What is the biggest issue facing your county Republican Party?
Unity and working with each other in a professional manner.

What are the three biggest issues facing the Maryland Republican Party?
Re-electing Governor Hogan, achieving a veto proof minority, and reclaiming another congressional district or two.

What is your position on life issues? (abortion, assisted suicide)

What is your position on taxes and spending?
Taxes need to be kept as low as possible and I support retaining the Revenue Cap in Wicomico County and I support the Homestead Tax Credit. I believe the Maryland Sales Tax should be lowered.
