Ronald Reagan because he brought the country back after the devastating years Jimmy Carter

Vaclav Havel, because all things are possible and the underdog can succeed with perseverance

1. An uphill battle with the numbers of dems vs.R’s in the state
2. Culture that the govt. will provide
