Why are you running for office?
Support most electable conservative Republican candidates in their attempts to defend or challenge political offices.
Who do you consider your political role model, and why?
Ronald Reagan because he swayed independents & blue-dog Democrats that should vote conservative.
What is your favorite book about politics and policy, and why?
All writings by Pat Buchanan. He focuses on demographic patterns and their effect on both culture & politics.
What do you see as the role of the Central Committee?
Supporting all Republican candidates, helping them hone their skills, and growing the Republican base.
What is the biggest issue facing your county Republican Party?
Our local County Commissioners – all Republicans – have faced a series of ethical issues in the last two years which has tarnished the Republican brand in our County.
What are the three biggest issues facing the Maryland Republican Party?
Their is only one issue facing Republicans state-wide or nationally. We must convince all minorities that their individual freedom & welfare is best served by embracing conservative ideology.
What is your position on life issues? (abortion, assisted suicide)
I am pro-life whether it refers to abortion, assisted suicide or capital punishment. God’s gift is sacred.
What is your position on taxes and spending?
First, they should balance on an operational but not capital basis. The role of government is limited and should only encumbrance that which the individual can not do for themselves.
What is your position on gun rights?
Background checks for violent criminal past and mental health issues should preclude gun ownership.
