Pam Beidle Beefs With Comptroller’s Office

A bizarre story from the world of Facebook as Delegate Pam Beidle is very publicly beefing with the Office of Comptroller Peter Franchot.

On a post regarding a new call center opening in Maryland for the Comptroller’s Office in the group called “Maryland Politics“, Beidle went after the Comptroller’s office complaining in a seemingly racially charged way about how the person on the other end of the line was extremely hard to understand and wondered if the call center was even in the  United States.

This drew a public response from Len Foxwell, Chief of Staff to Peter Franchot.

The entire exchange was deleted, by Red Maryland obtained a screen capture of the exchange:

This is not the first time that Beidle has waded into racially charged waters in her politics recently. Recall that Red Maryland reported back in August that after preaching diversity for years over the issue of school board appointments, Beidle twisted the arms of members of the School Board Nominating Commission to ensure that a white candidate was appointed over several qualified minority candidates because the white candidate was being groomed for office by Anne Arundel County Democrats.

It’s very clear that Beidle, who is the presumptive Democratic candidate for State Senate in District 32 in 2018, is going to have a lot of explaining to do if she is going when she goes before the voters next year.
