More Evidence of Baltimore City Police Involvement in Spygate
Tom LoBianco turned up an email, which offers more evidence that the Baltimore City Police conducted surveillance on anti-war groups.
Balto City Intell is working from her end … [redacted] advised they will have someone working this weekend who will scope out their departure from the American Friends Service Committee,” an unknown sender wrote in an e-mail to NSA Police Maj. Michael Talbert, dated September 29, 2003. “The Baltimore City PD counterpart will give [redacted] a heads up as to the numbers departing from the Govans location.”
This corroborates what I wrote after reading the MSP intelligence memorandums: Baltimore City Police during the O’Malley administration had a hand in this as well.
I await the inevitable spin and parsing of words.
