Another Payday

This morning we posted on how today was payday for an assortment of O’Malley cronies.

Somehow one payoff escaped notice. If you go to line item number 16A on the Board of Public Works agenda you’ll see that the Conservation Fund picked up $2.2 million for a conservation easement in Dorchester County. For those who followed the Kudner land scandal a couple of months ago, this is the same outfit formerly run by O’Malley associate David Sutherland.

At some point one would think that even an ego the size of Martin O’Malley’s would get self conscious about the overt appearances of graft in just about every dealing of his administration.
