What is your top legislative achievement for the 2017 General Assembly Session?

Working with Governor Larry Hogan to enact legislation to increase penalities for those who illegally sell fentanyl. This drug is 50 times more powerful than heroin, which it is often mixed with. What are some of your other legislative achievements for the 2017 General Assembly Session?

Working to kill the Sanctuary State legislation, which would have prevented illegal immigrant criminals from being deported. We also defeated all major gun control bills for the third year in a row.

We asked before Session about your top legislative priorities for 2017. How do you feel about your efforts to achieve those priorities?

Please explain your vote on House Bill 631.

I voted against this legislation as it further empowers our far-left Attorney General Brian Frosh. I fear he will abuse this power to wrongfully harass private-sector companies.

Will you be running for re-election in 2018? Why or why not?

I plan to run for reelection
