Four Republicans Vote Yes on O’Malley Budget

Four Republicans, Kathy Afzali, Wendell Beitzel, Robert Costa, and Addie Eckardt, hit the green button for Governor O’Malley’s FY 2014 budget.  The spending plan increases state spending by $1.2 billion, and continues fiscally irresponsible cost shifting, fund raids, and bond debt financing of core government functions.
