Let The Games Begin…

June Smith
There’s a bogus email being forwarded across the nation reportedly from BlueCross BlueShield of Alabama, complete with the registered trademark logo and symbols, a contact name and phone number.
Many seeing red over the Supreme Court’s recent Obamacare ruling are circulating it. Sixty-six people were on the distribution list on the forwarded email sent to me.
Before forwarding it to Trash, I called BC/BS of Alabama. A rep told me the email was not generated by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama and did not originate from their office. They have mailed a letter of clarification to all their members.
The phone number in the message, a Bellsouth Telecom land line in Jefferson County, Birmingham, AL, is no longer in service.
A reverse phone number search on www.whitepages.comlinks the number to four people in the same area of the city. Most likely, they had nothing to do with generating the email and the number was chosen at random or lifted from a phone book by the mud slinger.
It is likely Medicare Plan B insurance premiums will increase but that’s yet to be determined. This is simply a scare tactic aimed at senior citizens by Obama foes with little subtly and no corporate communications skills that are unaware that capital letters are not used for emphasis and quotation marks are used in pairs.
In case it hasn’t yet been forwarded to you yet, here’s the factitious sham:
       Important to read:
A message from Blue Cross Blue Shield
       MEDICARE
Look clearly at the 2014 rate compared to the 2013 rate.

For those of you who are on Medicare, read the following. It’s short, but
important and you probably haven’t heard about it in the Mainstream News:

The per person Medicare Insurance Premium will increase from the present
Monthly Fee of $96.40, rising to:

$104.20 in 2012

$120.20 in 2013

And

$247.00 in 2014.”

These are Provisions incorporated in the Obamacare Legislation, purposely
delayed so as not to confuse the 2012 Re-Election Campaigns.
Send this to
all Seniors that you know, so they will know who’s throwing them under the
bus.

Rather than forwarding this fraudulent message to those “Seniors” over sixty I know, I’m sending an email message to college “Seniors” I know who will be voting in November.

If Obama is reelected, they’re the ones who will be thrown under the bus. Unemployment rates, taxes, and the cost of living will continue to increase and that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

I’m adding mandatory health insurance premiums and/or penalties, the ever-increasing deficit, the falling housing market and fewer individual rights to my missive.
