Ronald Reagan Dinner

At the request of a good friend, I recommend the following event. Ronald Reagan possessed a special quality that bonded democrats and republican alike. During the Reagan years, both parties came together for the good of America. It’s my understanding that this dinner will be heavily attended by democrats and republicans alike. This isn’t about partisanship. This is about building bridges.

Delegate James King (R-Dist 33A), Delegate Steve Schuh (R-Dist. 31) and Delegate Nic Kipke (R-Dist 31) consider President Ronald W. Reagan their role model in life and in politics. Ronald Reagan, an American hero, perfectly blended a political doctrine of a strong defense, a strong economy, personal freedoms, lower taxes and, most importantly, the convictions of faith. James, Steve and Nic wish to carry on these traditional and time tested political doctrines here in Maryland.

Together, James, Steve and Nic put up their own money to bring Michael Reagan (eldest son of President Ronald Reagan, bestselling author and radio talk show host) here to Maryland to talk about “Growing Up Reagan.” This once in a lifetime event will be held on Monday, January 7, 2008 at the brand new BWI Hilton Hotel.

It is James, Steve and Nic’s hope that this event will keep President Reagan alive in our hearts, our views and in our policy making. They hope you will join them on January 7, 2008 to set a new tone in Maryland politics.
